too tired to carry on with it.. too much locked away... within the confines of a single soul..
sigh.. sometimes i give up sometimes i really feel like trying. sometimes i want something new. at times i yearn for the old. telltale signs of...? hah...
i really wish someone could help me be honest with myself. but the person might get hurt instead. that's the last thing i want. sometimes the most difficult and painful way is the best way. so we go on the other path... to just accept things as they are.. take it as it comes.
i need permanence. and the only people who can give that to me is my family. no one else. and it's not enough. I need affection. permanent affection?
god.. i don't even understand what i'm typing. i need school to get me away from mysef..

Why do we wake up every morning?
It's a YouTube video made popular by a father who wakes up to see his too-cute son. Nicely done video. And there were many responses as well..
So, ask yourself. Why do you wake up every morning? Besides that fact that there's school or work... or any of those menial things.
For me, I wake up to feel happy again. Happiness is a great emotion, no? Sure, life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes you wake up and find yourself being scolded by your mom for waking up late and not helping with the housework [that's me =)] And there are days which just breeze pass you. However there are days which you just won't forget. Happy days filled with laughter and joy. And oh-my-god! I just watched the Skeletwins dancing to Break It Off... Ok.. sorry for the sidetrack...
Anyway, I also wake up to see the Very Imporant People & Animals [VIPA] in my life. This includes my family, friends and hamsters. They bring joy to my life~ Delight packaged in human and animal form. Wahaha!!
And it helps to wake up to yummy smses from dar2. Oh and throw in some voicemails where he stutters and doesn't know what to add on... And it's fun trying to picture him talking sweetly to a machine. Haha!! Oh gosh.. if he sees this.. I'll get whacked!! But he's busy so... -sigh-
Always remember my dearest VIPA, there's someone out there who wakes up just for you. And that's me. =) And I'm pretty sure, many others are waking up for you too. =) Cheers and enjoy life and all it has to offer~!

I'm trying to type down what happened past few days in separate blog posts so you don't get tired. HAHA! Ok.. on... Saturday... I FELL SICK LAR!! Must be the Merci I ate the night before... And i washed down the chocolate with yoghurt drink. My throat suffered... had.. no have.. tonsilitis. Pain to talk... Haha! So I stayed in bed the entire day after I came home from Lot 1. When I passed by PJC I remembered my cert is still nesting there. HAHA! Maybe on Thursday I go collect.. ~_~
Then today... I went to my friend's house for awhile. We took a taxi down to another friend's place and on the way, they were playing Tokyo Drift by Teriyaki Boyz!! Haha! So yea.. we cracked up. Suffi, me, fever and all. LOL! The taxi driver was amused by us... "i wonder if u noe" "Faz and Furio!" Well it's ''Fast and Furious'' but that's how they sang it..
Came home and slept again... My dad kept calling me a baby hippo.. my mom is picking up on it. Sheesh! Woke up to play Audition and I got kicked a lot of times... too pro. hoo hooo!
Sent dar a really sweet message! Man.. you guys would be so envious!! XD Ok I gtg sleep now. Have to help my mom at BH childcare tmr.. Tata~ REST WELL PPL!

Ok! I was really shagged when I gt home from CSL. but I forced myself to study math because I have a quiz the next day. I will never say die! Haha! It was on modals.. and GAWD... I love modals when i was younger cos it's so easy... but WTH ARE WE LEARNING AGAIN??? It's so different now. But I passed the quiz so Lynn is happy~ Thanks for the Satsuma Ivy!! It smells great!!

Ahhh... So long didn't blog already. Let's see... on the 9th, I went to CSL Methodist Children's Home with my GESL group to carry out our first day on the project. Me, Nettie and Annu were lost in the area... because the taxi driver was clueless and so were we. And it was a one-way street, so if you enter and turn into the wrong road, you gotta go one big round and try your luck again. Haha! However, we found our way there! Weehee! And the taxi driver didn't charge us as much... so sweet~ It was fun there.. I was a little intimidated by the children. And after Joel [in-charge] told us that the kids could get a little rowdy, and he asked for our patience, I was scared. Haha! But it was fun fun fun! I got my own group of 4 girls. Hui Xian helped me take care of this girl who refused to be called anything but Attila. It's not even her name! haha! Oh, there's ahmay and two other girls whose names I forgot. I'm sorry. Haha! Anyway... my group did Winnie The Pooh pebbles! Attila did a rat... which looked ... quirky. But a rat nonetheless. Haha! They were so sweet! Ahmay was doing it for her mom and she wanted it to be pretty. She saw mine and wanted me to do for her. Well... let's no go into details of how I felt. She was doing it for her MOM! Gosh... and her parents are gg thru a divorce.. T.T
Anyway... the session ended pretty OK. Some funny moments.. like when.. someone tried to get the children's attention by shouting... but it was like a SQUEAK. Dzul, Charlene and I were laughing away... Oh and Attila went around pronouncing our names.. it was funny! And there's this boy with headphones on.. he is a great artist! Some of the volunteers weren't helpful at all. They were disturbing the children. Grrr! And one of the guys, a volunteer, kept disturbing my girls so I had to tell him off. "Maybe you'd like to help instead?" *sweet smile* *a little toughness with lots of sweetness in the tone* HAHA! And he stopped irritating my girls. Yay!
Annu, Nettie, Jessica and I rode back to AMK in Dzul's car [our turn!]. Annu got greatly disturbed by lameness. Woohoo! Haha! I don't know why.. but I was lame la.. Keke! "Go NTUC buy..." SALARY! ok never mind.. And Dzul listens to Barbie Girl!! So tak kena! Haha!

English is finally over! The paper was not too bad. A little tricky but overall it's fine. Struggled at SVOCA... Wonder how I'd fare... I did study over the weekend, throw in a little Gunbound, a lot of Audition, sprinkle relatives here and there... yup. I hope I get A or B. I don't want to settle for a C.
That aside, everyone loves the sunflower cookies! I might be baking more to give to my friends for Christmas. With a little sweet note attached with my hugs and kisses. =)
Going to have to cram for Math quiz now. Modals... It used to be easy. Now I'm finding algebra godsent. Haha! Well.. might update later. Tata~

Wahh~*~ Today is so fun! Dar dar brought me out to Sentosa! Whee~ We were at our favourite secluded spot.. Then the police Coast Guard ship stop there.. turn to us.. then position like that -.- What?? Is it a crime to cuddle and snuggle? Haha! Anyway... they went away after some time.. Finally! Hahaa! Oh and I got tricked! Dar had a surprise for me... but all thru the week he only mentioned something about orange strap and black thing which goes into orange again. Zzz... I thought it was bra lor.. Since bra shopping has always been on my mind this week. But it's a handmade handphone strap with H on it! I like =)
I got my jacket back! And that $5 bear which I left at Dar's house. Haha! Oh this one is funny! Cos tt time we went out, and there was this charity thing going on. A girl came up to us and wanted us to donate to the Children's Home. Dar went to draw money for something and I was left there with Dawson to try and get out of it. Anyway.. she almost convinced me to donate $10 ok! I wanted to since it's a Children's Home. Then Dar came back and he was like: "I don't think so... $10 is too much"So he paid up one miserable dollar and I gave 2 bucks. In actual fact, if you donate $5, you will get a bear. But the girl was so smitten with me so she gave me the bear anyway. HAHA! Just kidding.. She gave it to me and said: "I will give you this bear since you actually wanted to donate more but your boyfriend stingy" HAHA! Ok she didn't say stingy.. Forgot what she say.. but yes... STINGY!~ XD
Anyway... I had a fun time~ Now must study for Grammar. Whee oh whee~

Jay Chou's new album is yummylicious! I just heard a Malay tune in it! Track 2 I think.. Haha!
Science was so funny la.. Firstly, we were doing experiments on simple machines. Not so simple eh? haha! Then my group, Joanna, Charlene and I took turns to go to the toilet 'cos we had really bad stomachaches! Haha! Sheesh!! What did we eat? Anyway, Travis helped me and Joanna in our ICT project by lending his voice. I must say... for a single take.. it was damn good! Haha!
I've been watching The Enchanted Life on Ch8. Quite nice... Haha! I can relate. LOL! Well.. it's true. I like watching dramas 'cos, while they're not exaggerating anything, it teaches you about life as well. Not Princess Hours.. please.. LOL! That aside, Shanqi is too trusting le. Then director a bit extreme la. She onli got 1 serious bf before the Zhiyun.. then she react to everything as thought it's a matter of life and death. My mom actually shouted BITCH when Meiya came on screen. Hilarious. So, what have I learnt? Don't trust. XD Just kidding... or not...or yes... Interpersonal people can only see the feelings and thoughts of other people. We are uber sensitive to changes in moods and stuff. I'm not intra... i'm inter. So I need someone to look after me. Sad right? That could be a reason why I chose JC instead of Poly. I'm not independant enough. But now, I am =) Anyway... I am good at looking after other people. But sometimes a bit kay-poh lah hor? Haha!
Letting it be and just.. letting go of certain restrains seem so much easier than wanting to know so much. But I can't just let it be.. it's not right or fair. Not to myself. And sometimes you have to be a little selfish, in order to prevent pain. Thus, we should all let things past and whatever happens... happens. Keep it to myself and store it away. Period. Well... that's my conclusion.
